Description of Service

Lusvora provides airport-to-hotel and in-city VIP transfer services in Antalya and surrounding areas.
Payments are accepted in cash directly to the driver; online payments are not available through our website.

Reservation Terms

  • Reservations can be made via our website, e-mail, or telephone.

  • The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

  • Reservation confirmation will be made through the specified communication channels.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone a reservation in the event of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are stated on our website or communicated during the reservation process.

  • Payment must be made in cash directly to the driver during the transfer.

  • Credit card or online payments are not accepted through the website.

  • Prices may be updated without prior notice.

Cancellation and Changes

  • The User may cancel or modify their reservation at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or changes must be communicated via phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail.

  • If no timely notice is provided, the Company reserves the right to decline future reservation requests.

User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation.

  • Follow driver instructions during the transfer and avoid damaging the vehicle.

  • Act in compliance with laws, public order, and moral standards.

Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadworks, or other force majeure events.

  • Personal belongings that are lost or damaged remain the User’s responsibility.

  • The Company is not responsible for damages arising from the acts of third parties during the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Lusvora. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
